The detailed change log report in Setup contains the following columns:
Column | Description |

Identifier | Uniquely identifies the resource in the TT system |
Transaction ID | Uniquely identifies the change to the resource |
Time | Date and time the change occurred |
Change Type | Type of change: delete, new, update |
Section | The tab or screen in Setup where the change occurred |
Sub Section | The section of the tab or screen where the change occurred. The following additional qualifiers may be displayed:

End Point | REST API endpoint name for the Risk resource |
Identifier | Uniquely identifies the resource in the TT system |
Field Name | The name of the field changed on the screen |
Before | Value of the field before it was changed |
After | Value of the field after it was changed |
Related Data Type | The type of data changed (e.g., account, user, etc.) |
Related Data ID | Identifier of the data type (e.g., internal Setup account ID) |
Related Data Name | Name of the data type (e.g., account name) |
Acting User ID | Internal Setup user ID of the user making the change |
Acting User Alias | Alias of the user making the change |
Acting User Company ID | Internal Setup company ID of the user making the change |
Acting User Company Name | Company name of the user making the change |
