Uploading and staging orders

Using the Order Upload feature in the Order Book, orders can be imported to TT and then submitted as care orders.

To upload and stage orders:

1. Right-click in the Order Book and select Upload Order from the context menu.

   

2. In the Upload Orders dialog box, select or drag-and-drop the "orders.csv" file and click Close.

   

3. Verify the uploaded data in the Order Book Import utility and click Confirm.

   

4. Select the orders to submit as care orders in the Order Upload widget and click Stage.

   

   The orders appear as staged orders in the Order Book and can be claimed. If alerts are enabled, claim the care orders using the alert notification.

   The claimed orders appear in the Order Book.
