TT periodically stops Algo Servers for maintenance and upgrade purposes. As part of being stopped, Algo Server writes the state of each ADL algo to persistent storage. When the Algo Server is restarted, the state of each ADL algo is read from this persistent storage and used to restore it to the same state in which it existed prior to being stopped. All ADL algos can be successfully recovered with the exception of those that contain the following blocks or attributes:
Future releases will eliminate these limitations, however users should take this into consideration when deciding whether to leave algos running over weekends.
