Lock and Release Overview

The Lock and Release functionality in TT® OMS provides you the ability to delay reporting fills to your customers until the orders have been completely filled and allocated. By delaying fill notifications, you control when the prices are reported for the care order.

The Order Book and the orders pane in the Order and Fills widget support locking and releasing care orders. Using the right-click context menu in these widgets, you can select original or bulked care orders and release fills for these orders with a single action. The optional Release column shows if the care order is locked.
