WSE Overview

TT provides access to market data for derivatives products on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). In addition to futures and options contracts for the WIG20 index, WSE lists futures contracts for single-stocks, currencies, interest rates, and bonds products. Companies and users who subscribe to WSE prices via TT provide their own order routing connectivity to the exchange.

WSE Exchange API

The exchange provides prices directly to TT via XDP CDE messages.

TT supports native order routing and management on WSE derivatives via FIX.

WSE Market Depth

TT supports up to 20 levels of aggregate depth. In Setup, subscriber and FIX market data is enabled per user on the Users | Exchanges | WSE tab.

Matching Algorithms

WSE matches orders by price/time priority (FIFO) algorithms.

WSE Matching Engine

WSE provides matching via their UTP platform, which is based on the NYSE Euronext platform. The UTP matching engine is located in Warsaw, Poland.

WSE Trading Hours

Trading hours for derivatives products: Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:50 PM (UTC+2).

Unsupported Exchange Functionality

The following WSE functionality is not supported on TT:

  • Exchange’s Drop Copy functionality
  • Wholesale trades
  • Cross, Pegged and Iceberg orders
  • Time in Force of Valid for Auction and Valid for Cross
  • Indication of Interest
  • Warrants functionality
