Managing templates

As a company administrator, you can do the following for all users in your company:

  • Share a template
  • Administer a template

To share a template:

  1. In Launch Workspaces, click the drop-down selector for a workspace and click Share as Template.

    Optionally, you can select Share as Template in the File menu in an open workspace.

  2. Enter a name for the template and click Save.

    The workspace template now appears in the Manage Templates section. After you share a template as an administrator, it's available to all users to select when creating a new workspace.

To administer a template:

  1. In the Manage Templates section, click the drop-down selector for a template.

  2. In the drop-down menu, select one of the following options:

    • Rename — Allows you to rename the template.
    • Delete — Deletes the template.
    • Copy to new user — Makes the template available in the Launch Workspaces section for new users who join your company.
