Tabs Tab

Using this section will restrict the user or profile from gaining access to specific tabs and filters within the LISA Frontend based on filter criteria selected.

The following permissions are permissible:

• View: The user will be able to carry out view only actions and the tab will be visible.
• Add/Edit: The user will be able to carry out changes within the visible tab but will not be able to delete.
• Delete: The user is permitted to delete orders or similar actions.

For a description on each of these tabs, please review the section within this document pertaining to each tab. Below is a high-level summary of each tab:

• All: This will show all the lines in the system except Failed orders /trades.
• Unmatched: This will filter the lines to only show unmatched.
• Uncleared: This will filter the lines to only show uncleared.
• Matched: This will filter the lines to only show matched lines.
• Wait: This will filter the lines to only show lines assigned with a wait status for later action.
• Give Up Pending: This will filter the lines to only show lines that are still pending take-up.
• Cleared: This will filter all lines to only show lines that have been cleared.
• Error: This will filter the lines that are in an error state.
• Disabled: This will filter the lines that have been marked as disabled.
• Failed Order: This will show any orders that have failed during the import process.
• Failed Trade: This will show any trades that have failed during the import process.
• Ex/As/Aban: This is a filter rather than a tab as the others above. This filter is found on the left quick filter on the main frontend screen.
• Close Out This is also a filter to display closeout deals. This filter is found on the left quick filter on the main frontend screen.
• Virtual Transfer This is also a filter to display virtual Position Transfer deals. This filter is found on the left quick filter on the main frontend screen.
• There is also an additional section called Failed Order/ Failed Trades that permits the following filtering.
• Enforce User Permissions on Failed Order: Will enforce all defined user permissions to filter lines in the Failed Order tab.
• Enforce User Permissions on Failed Trade: Will enforce all defined user permissions to filter lines in the Failed Trade tab.
• Under the Miscellaneous section, Block Alert & Events section will determine if the events section is visible below the trades section on the main frontend screen.
