LISA can match automatically trades with orders and clear them with or without sending a clearing request to the market. In case trades don't have orders, LISA can generate orders from the trades.

The Matching Engine is a module external to The LISA Front End. It is used to match automatically the trades that arrive in LISA with orders. Please note that the matching criteria have to be defined in the LISA Front End.
Once incoming trades have been matched with orders, clearing requests are automatically sent to their corresponding market.
