LISA Overview

Logging into LISA

General Procedure

Follow these steps to sign into LISA:

  1. Start LISA by double-clicking on the LISA Front End shortcut located on your desktop.
  2. The LISA Sign In window opens.

  3. Enter your Username and Password to sign into LISA.
  4. Note Your username and password were created by your LISA Administrator.

  5. On the Environment dropdown list, select [PRODUCTION] to work on the production environment; or select [TEST] to on the test environment.
  6. You can choose the markets you want to work on by clicking the [Market Loading Options] button .

  7. Click on the [Sign In] button to sign in to LISA or click on the [Exit] button to leave LISA.

Market Loading Options

From the Sign-in window, you can click on [Market Loading Options] to display the window below. It allows you to filter the markets you wish to work on, to even further optimize the speed and usability of the application.

If you select the [Load all markets] checkbox, all the markets will be loaded.

To add a market, select it on the Available list and click on the [>] button. The market is added to the Selected list.

In a similar manner, you can unselect an exchange by clicking on the [<] button.

  • If you click on the [<<] button or the [>>] button, all the exchanges will be removed from or added to the selected list.
  • If you select one or more markets, LISA will show only the trades executed on the selected markets. If you do not have any markets in the Available list, LISA will display the trades executed on every market.
  • If you tick the [Just for this session] checkbox, the market list you have selected will be applied only for the current session and the next time you launch LISA your default market list will be used.

By clicking on the [OK] or [Cancel] button, you will be redirected to the Login window.

Version Check

When Logging in, the frontend will check what the latest software version that is available in your environment. The image below will pop up should you be running an older version. When this occurs, it is recommended that you upgrade your frontend by contacting your internal IT support department. This window will appear until you have upgraded the frontend.

To continue the login process, click [OK].
