Type |
The main options are that the type of
user can either be a System or User type login. The difference between these,
is that a System login will not be able to login to the LISA frontend and
will be restricted from certain notifications on the LISA Environment. |
User/ LISA |
Selecting
this will allow user to access the LISA frontend. |
User/ Web Client |
Selecting this will allow users to
launch a read only web client and see current clearing status. |
User/ Web stat |
Selecting
this will allow the user to access the licensed feature to see current
clearing statistics. |
User/ Fix Client |
Selecting this will define that the
user is able to receive certain notification events that they are
permissioned. |
System |
This is used
for modules within the LISA environment, and they will not be able to login
to the LISA Frontend but will allow them certain permissioned notifications. Should any
changes to Member/Market tabs be made to this user type the Module will need
to be restarted for the permissions changes to take effect. |
Login NT |
This field allows the administrator to
setup multiple windows domain logins that can connect to this LISA login.
This does require the setting on the user LISAFrontend.ini under the section
[Module Settings]/LoginNtAuthentication=True. More
details on this can be found in the LISA Frontend installation guide.pdf.
The process does not query the domain
controller so remote client sites can also use this feature. As long as they have a windows login that matches the
value entered here, the LISA server will permit access. Please refer to the Appendix for further details under
the section Windows
Authentication and the LISA Frontend. |
