European Energy Exchange (EEX) is owned by Deutsche Boerse and provides access to spot and derivatives markets for power, energy, and emissions products. EEX uses the T7 trading platform to provide electronic trading access to these markets. The exchange also supports the reporting and clearing of OTC trades, which are cleared through European Commodity Clearing AG.
