Enabling two factor authentication

As a company administrator, use the Login Rules tab to enable a two factor authentication method for the users in your company. When you select a method and save the changes, all users in your company will be required to use two factor authentication when logging in to TT®.

Note: If you select SMS as the authentication method, users who have not configured two factor authentication in their TT Account Settings will be prompted to do so when logging in to TT for the first time after SMS is enabled for your company.

To enable two factor authentication...

  1. Click Company Settings in the left navigation pane.
  2. Click the Login Rules tab.
  3. Select a two factor authentication method (e.g., SMS).
  4. Click Save Changes
